Svazquez_91,

First you have to determine what app is trying to open the downloaded statement.  Once you have discovered what app it is, do the following to reset the default settings of that app:

Go to Settings

Choose Applications

Choose Application manager

Locate and choose the app that you want to reset (for example if it is Amazon Kindle, choose that app)

Look for Set as default and choose it

On the next screen you will see a button labeled CLEAR DEFAULTS, touch it to reset the default setting

Now go back to your downloaded statement and try to open it, you should be prompted for what app you want to open it with

I am sorry to hear you’re having some difficulty viewing your statements, svazquez_91. I am happy to help find a solution. What steps are you taking to download the statements? What exactly is happening when you attempt to do this? Have you ever been able to download the statements previously? Please share details.

Well I just click on the download statement button or word and it downloads but once I try opening it after its been downloaded it says something like kindle doesn't support file or something like that I can't remember or it don't open its just like loading forever and it don't open. Yes I use to be able to view them before so what I'm thinking that happened was that I might have accidently selected the kindle app as the default one to open them when it would ask me if I wanted to use the other ones like Dropbox, Adobe Reader etc. Sorry I took forever to respond!

Svazquez_91,
We definitely want to make sure that you can view your statements online. It sounds you may have hit a default setting on your Kindle tablet as you have mentioned. Are you able to reset those settings?
