00samm, are your device and applications fully updated?
I an having the same issue. My connection is never more than 2 bars no matter where I am. I upgraded to the unlimited Go plan and ever sense, streaming music is choppy, mobile Hotspot does connect, I don't get text message notifications, and every third or so word is cut out or I sound muffled.
I am constantly restarting my phone, and it my calls are ok for about 5 mins. People are able to hear me fine on speaker, or when I plug in my headphones.
When I went to the store the told me my phone is not compatible with the current plan and I needed to upgrade. That's fudging crazy because the phone is only a year old. It is an S10 it's compatible. Please help. My zip code is 30273.
