Brand new phone, just activated and it was working fine. I never set up the lock screen and now the screen is locked and takes no input. Reset clear back to factory settings and screen is still locked.
I want you to be able to have full access into your phone, clackc. Can you please clarify for me exactly what make and model phone you're using? Do you have any kind of screen protector or case on the phone? Did you ever notice if there was any kind of errors on the phone before it started to act up? Please keep me posted.
