UPDATE: after this post was made, I spoke to Verizon again on the phone. They insisted it wasn't a hardware issue and suggested I take my car to my dealership and have a diagnostic test done on the Infotainment system. Ironically, that morning, was when I got the alert that there was a software update waiting for the phone. I did so and it seemed to have fixed THAT issue at least. My phone now auto connects to my Bluetooth everytime I get into my car. I still took my vehicle in and they said that my radio display is throwing no errors and is all up to date .
The other issue I've been having since day 1 is when plugging my phone in via USB in my vehicle, I get a message that says it can't be connected. It charges just fine but I can't stream music this way at all.
