I have a samsungS6. Less than a year old. I was talking on the phone and my screen was black when I got off the phone. The notification light turns on all the sounds are fine. But the screen is just black. I don't miss treat my phone whatsoever. I tried doing a reset that the website indicates but I can't see the screen prompts to continue. I do not have insurance on the phone. Is this something that will require a lot of work to? Or something that may be fixed at the store?

We appreciate all of the troubleshooting you have completed. Let's keep moving forward. Does the phone come back on at all? Have you tried to hold down the power and volume buttons at the same time?
