Best Tethering app after 4.3 update?

I have had 1 Click Tether No Root app for tethering which no longer works after the 4.3 Update.

Anyone here would know a better app that would work without having to pay $30 for using data which we already pay for?

VZW 4G WIFI Hotspot add on, none of the apps work thru Google Play Store.
