Sorry for reposting but I had version numbers wrong before. Does anyone know when Verizon will release Android 4.2 and will this really fix the Audio problem? see link http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/01/15/google-confirms-a2dp-audio-streaming-fix-for-the-next-releas...  Prior to this release of software I had no problems using my Bluetooth connection between my Samsung S3 and Nissan Hands free built in hardware. Verizon forced this upgrade and will not let me go back to the previous working version so I am stuck. I do not want to spend another $90 for an add on device as Verizon suggested

Let me see here you have a problem with your phone which you say was caused by android 4.1.1 but your link says nothing about 4.1.1 it talks about 4.2 causing some problem and 4.2.2 version is going to fix.  This is a peer to peer board here and no one here can answer your question.  You need to ask Verizonwireless management which make these decisisions for its customers.  You need to take this issue to the people who can fix the issue

Semantics. The problem, Android 4.2 caused issues with bluetooth connection in some cars; Nissans are one of them. Google has admitted the problem and said it "should" be fixed with 4.2.2. The OP was just asking if anyone knew when it would be released.

I'd like to know that too.

My phone works in my husbands Honda. His Blackberry works in my car, but my S3 won't work in my Nissan Altima. It used to. Android updated. Now it doesn't. Annoying and frustrating.
