Alarm Issue

Greetings Everyone,

7 days ago, I joined the Verizon Wireless network. I've owned the Galaxy S 3 prior with another carrier. I've tested the Verizon version for days now and all seems to be fine up until I discovered that the alarm volume is very low even when the volume is turned all the way up. I've power cycled the phone, verified that the volume for everything is all the way up, updated to stock JellyBean yet still having the same issue.

Is it just me, or is anyone else having this problem as well? I need to know in case I need to take this phone back and exchange it.

Hello harmonious,  We certainly don't want you to miss the alarm when needed!  Have you cycled through the different available ring tones to see if they sound better?  To confirm, have you checked the alarm volume directly in the clock application by clicking the "More" option while editing the alarm?  I would be more than happy to provide additional support if needed.
