I updated my phone yesterday morning. It would keep cutting out. Now it is basically worthless. It will not stop flashing Samsung on one screen and Verizon on the other over and over again. My phone is worthless now. Any help?
Updates are meant to improve your device stacenani. I regret to learn of the difficulties you are experiencing with your phone after the update. When did you update your phone? What update was your phone downloading? While the phone was updating, did you interrupt the update by making a phone call or turning the phone off/on? Have you tried removing / reinserting the battery on the phone?
