I followed the directions to remove my sims card, but was unable to remove. It shows it should simply pull down and out but it wouldn't. Suggestions?
The box the phone came in should have included a tool for removing the S-pen tips ... it looks like a small tweezer. Gently put the scissor side just underneath the edge of the SIM card (you don't want to damage the gold contacts), then gently squeeze the tool together to better grip the SIM card and then pull it straight out.
