i have an issue on my note 2 where i can send texts fine, but incoming texts take between 6 minutes and 2 days to come in. verizon rep in store could not figure it out, and ordered me a new phone. as soon as new phone updated itself, same issue. anyone else experiencing this? find a fix? new phone/hard reset/soft reset/factory reset/no luck....getting angry
