I had to upgrade my wireless router! I had a Netgear N600, Version 3700 2 and it was suggested to me by my local store that I needed a new wireless router! I called my ISP Provider, I was desperate, he informed me that they provided wireless routers, so, thot what the heck! Picked up my new wireless router, Same kind, Netgear 600 but Version 3800! Phone hooked right up, solid connection and so far no problems!
Before I was able to hook up at work, my other devices, wife's and oldest son's Iphones, my portable computer, my son's Mac tablet and portable computer, but not my phone, very frustrating! I changed routers yesterday, it's now the next morning and everything is working just fine!

It seems vzw wants us to jump through all these hoops to try and fix a problem. If they would read above from past post all these steps have been done. People with this problem should be given unlimited data because I have had to go from 6gb to 10gb a month because of this issue and still going over my data allowance. Vzw is about to loose a very loyal customer. Att works good in my area so I have no problem turning my phone off and not paying my bill or the disconnect contract fee. They may call and call me but want get me because my vzw will be turned off and good luck on getting my new att number.

They do this to make it look as though they are doing something to help the customer. If you don't follow then you are just a disgruntled non cooperative customer that just likes to complain and probably don't really have a problem for them to solve anyway. Good luck with your issue, wish I could help.

It is not the device. It is all the bloat ware you put on our phones. There is a software conflict causing this to happen to me on all Wifi networks. This phone is a nice piece of hardware with a lot of bad software.

I'm having the exact same issue. But I paid FULL RETAIL for my a Note 3. Who's going to run up a big bill and not pay it if they don't fix this problem? "This Guy"!

Way to pass the buck! He already did that if you actually cared you would not be asking him to repeat step we have all taken with NO SUCCESS! IT IS THE VERIZON VERSION OF THE NOTE 3. Not all of our routers or firmware. Stop making excuses and pretending to care and issue an update.

Wow really? Everyone turn your devices off and on. It really does fix everything. It even charges your battery.
