my suggestion is never use verizon. i spoke with 5 different people and could make them understand what they were to do. had phone stolen and was still going to make payments on that but no each person could not grasp that concept that Verison themselves stated they would honor. I was going to pay phone bill itself and make payments on the stolen phone. As a nurse, during this time, looks like they could get their shi* and let me pay my phone and make monthley phone payments but no they shut my phone and it is just ridiculous Never ever will use them again. I am on call where i work and now they cant get ahold of me . Thank you Verizon
