Wifi Issue

After update my wifi still will not work right at home.

Google Play will not work at all. Chrome sometimes works as does most of my other wifi programs. It is not the router. You can put another device in the same spot and it works.

It happened before the update and I got it to work for about a day before it stopped again by clearing Google services cache.

It works fine on other wifi connections. The only difference I know of is my router assigns dedicated ip based on mac address. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue here. I did a factory reset and after installing all my previous apps, the issue continues. I cannot download anything from the Google Play store without turning off wifi.

Wifi is still pretty unstable since the latest update. Certain data happy apps will cause the wifi connection to drop and reconnect multiple times before working.

Okay, I found out that some of the apps that Google Play says is compatible with the Note 5 aren't actually compatible with the Note 5. With a combination of the last patch and getting rid of those apps it's working wonderfully!

every app on my s5 xferred to the note5 flawlessly with samsung smart switch & they all work as they did on the s5

you must have a bunch of different type apps that aren't/weren't compatible with the note5.

what worked for me is into google play in applications, click it, then you will see force stop then hit storage in same areA then when in there clear data and cache, then go back to playstore, it will update. YOU'RE DONE.
