Why does my Note 4 keep telling me who is texting me?

I bought my note 4 yesterday,  I have an issue when I receive a text message there is a voice that tells me who just sent a text to me! How do I turn that voice off????

It doesn't sound like an app or Bluetooth.  Check the message settings post if you find anything

Well that can certainly be a pain to have to deal with! It sounds like an Accessibility feature may be turned on. Check to see if TalkBack is turned off. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Vision>TalkBack
