so I talk to the rep and Verizon charges tax and Upgrade fee for downgrading a phone that ghey strongly encourage you change because it's messed up and as a "hey our bad" apology they will give u the money you give them today in a month or two. [Removed] if i was going thru a hard time and i was a day late my phone gets shut off they mess up 2 months ur good. [Removed] ...moght be my last straw with Verizon it's ridiculous.
