What is wrong with the colors on your device?

My husband's Note II has really weird colors on it, like monochrome background and weird colored app pictures and regular pictures like on Facebook. Has he downloaded some app or what would have changed it?

I found the answer myself. Settings, Accessibility, Negative colors. This was checked. I unchecked it and all is normal now!
