I've read about other customers having problems after the latest Marshmallow update, so I could be affected by that as well. I cannot download new applications on to my Samsung Galaxy 5 Note phone or my LG tablet. Nor can I use some existing applications such as Pandora or YouTube. I don't have wifi at home; however, when I go somewhere that does have good wifi, I still have the same problems. I've tried cleaning caches and other things that the Google Play Store has suggested. Nothing has helped. I can live without my games; I would like to be able to use Pandora and be able to download apps in the future. Any suggestions?
