Visual Voice Mail issues

I have spent two days now trying to get my Visual Voice mail to work, but it wont connect.

Stays on "checking account status" and wont move forward.

I uninstalled & reinstalled  the app three times, but still nothing.

Maybe the app is an older version?

Is there a special app for the Premium Visual VM?

Can I download it through a link?

This is VERY frustrating.

All VM goes to the standard VM, but not to the Visual VM that I am paying for.

HELP!
