I upgraded to 4.3 yesterday via the phone's software update. The install was effortless and took about 13 mins. A little patience for the wait in receiving this version is what it took. I actually rather wait in lieu of having many problems/issues as happens when new or upgraded software hits the market.
I hope everyone else is successful in obtaining the upgrade.

Now that you actually posted your comment in the correct device space it was clear. Posting in the general Android space without any indications of which phone can lead to confusion and wonder which phone is being discussed. There have been at least four devices getting the Android 4.3 update in the last month.
