When I yet to merger calls it says conference calls aye are unavailable.

We want to keep you connected at all times. Sorry for this inconvenience. Are you attempting to initiate a 3-way call on your device? 

 

Are you wanting to merge a 3rd person on to an existing call? At this time, our network does not support this functionality. However, you do have the option to speak to the second caller by tapping the Call icon. To switch between the 2 calls, tap the Call icon or Swap / Switch icon.
