Thanks for the extra details, supertracy323. It certainly appears the phone you have just isn't connecting to the network we strive so hard to provide. I know you tried the reset to your phone, but there is a setting I'd like you to turn off from the default option. Please go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap the Menu Key (to the left of the home button) > Select Advanced and turn off Auto network switch. This should help to stabilize the data connection for your phone.

Thanks for the info supertracy323. Just to clarify, have you had the SIM card replaced? This can affect service. If you have, and you continue to have issues, I would recommend attempting a factory reset. http://vz.to/1aEkC9r

There is no physical or water damage. I have kept it in perfect working

order. It just doesn't work Smiley Happy yes I've already done the factory reset.

November came and went and still the Note 3 has major problems with the 1st order of business for a phone. It gets's no mobile signal in areas that no other phone has a problem. It's really not Verizon, at fault, but someone at Samsung/Verizon must realize the significant damage being done to the reputation of good companies by one faulty product.

I resorted to trying a network extender at home but, as my internet service is limited to 3mb, the call quality is horrible.

Right now, I am in the suffer till it's paid for mode. I don't know what else to do.
