No.. you can do it all yourself through "My Verizon" on the homepage. Just make sure you back up your numbers through Backup Assistant and when you activate the new phone, it will pull all that back down.

Thats a great deal at Walmart.   100 gift card is a good incentive to order the Note II there... I'm glad I cancelled my order with Verizon. Checked Walmart, the $100 gift card deal is good through December 1st.
