Restore from sd card

Accidentally pushed restore from SD card and what to know if it is possible to go back to the settings and apps and text and everything before I pushed the button.

Ashley72, there isn't a setting to revert back the change you made once you select restore from SD card. The content would need to be manually transferred back to the SD card in this case. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
