My note 4 microphone was not working. then i read on here to start up phone in safe mode. I did that and microphone works fine. what do i do now?
Davengloria Great follow-up question. If your phone is working in Safe Mode then it has been determined that a 3rd party application is affecting the phone. Follow steps 9 and 10 of this link http://vz.to/1giMO5o to remove applications that might be to blame. I would recommend then waiting a day before re-installing applications. Add one per day until it acts up, then you will know for sure which application did it. Sometimes just re-installing it will resolve it because the latest version is installed.
