I have been through 4 note 3 all with the same issue. I finally get mad go straight to corporate office. I'm was dealing with a woman who claimed she was looking into the problem and would call me back within 2 hours. That was 2 days ago. Now every time I call her phone goes straight to voice mail. I think I'm going to have to get an attorney and make Verizon let me out of my contract. I have been making monthly payment for a phone that doesn't work. Every time I talk to Verizon it's another excuse.

I just put in for my fourth phone! This is ridiculous! Then one of the reps first claimed that he never heard of this and then at the end of the conversation claimed that he did!

I know! This is so unfair. They are holding us hostage. I pay $185 a month for a phone that doesn't work where I use it most of all! And, I would have to pay EVEN MORE to get out of my contract.
Why is there no law against this? Do we really need a class action lawsuit to get this problem fixed?

You can not file a class action lawsuit. It is in your contract
