New update issues

So now my buttons that show wifi, blu tooth, sound, etc ate now blue dots and I can't see the pics and the names only show up if I pull down the list. Anyone know how to fix  I

We will be more than happy to go through some steps to make sure that this is resolved in the end. What is the make and model to the phone that you have? Just to clarify, did this begin to happen once you updated the software on your device? What happens when you power your device off and back on?
