Hello,

I'm not receiving the update that was posted on Verizon for my phone .. I have tried via OTA and also the Verizon Software Upgrade Assistant and it keep stating my phone is up to date !! .. I'm still on the August 1, 2017 Security Update of QI5 !

Am I missing something here ? or is this false advertising on Verizon's part ?

Not all device models receive the new software update at the same time. You have the option of checking for new software updates when available.
