Ever since the update my phone refuses to connect to the data and Wi-Fi. I have restarted the phone, reset the settings, and even factory reset the phone and still no change. Can anyone help?
Were you able to ever resolve this? I am hoping for help too. It's sad that there are this many posts and yet Samsung isn't stepping up to take accountability that the update wasn't ready for all phones.
jessrs0120 We want your phone's data to always work for you. Let's get to the bottom of this. Do you have a note 5 as well? Do you get any errors on your device when trying to connect?
