Can someone help me with enabling mobile hot spot on my Verizon account. I have called customer service AND spoke to someone via messenger and it was a waste of time.

verizon customer support is TRULY the worst!  If you are lucky to get someone from this country who understands you and your concerns, you will probably get disconnected before you solve the problem.  I have issues with wireless and home customer support.  BAD
