I'm sure these questions have been answered, but why can't I send a group text message without turning on mobile data when pics or vids are not being sent? Why does it always confirm that the message was only "delivered to some"?

Great question! When sending group messages with delivery notification on, there are a few reasons why some aren't receiving. For example, if their phone is powered off, if they have a block on messaging, etc.
Have you noticed a pattern with the same users not receiving messages? Please advise of anything you've noticed. Let's get to the bottom of this!
