Good for Enterprise is hanging on the Starting Services step

Just got a Samsung GN3 last Tuesday - love it, but Good for Enterprise stopped working on Saturday.  This is not a personal phone, but a corporate provided device.  My IT dept. checked my account and all is well there.  I installed the Good update on Saturday and it stopped working!  I am posting on the Good site too, but wanted to see if anyone had some ideas.

I'm sorry your Good for Enterprise stopped working TKoval! Let's figure out what's going on. Have you tried powering the phone off and back on since the update? This may help. When you say its not working, are you not getting any e-mails at all, or do you have to retrieve them manually? Please try deleting account, restart phone, then re-add the e-mail. To delete, please open e-mail, select account, select Options, select Delete. Let's see if this helps.
