Since the last OTA, when I go into Settings the phone automatically scrolls down to the bottom of the page. It won't allow me to scroll up to the top. Anyone can help solve?

Eagle3601 let us help you get your phone back on track. Software updates should improve the functions of your phone. Does this happen when using a particular application? Are all your applications up to date?
