Its almost a miracle, but we finally got 6.0.1. We were updated to 5.0.1 a year ago, which was way way later then everyone else, then we never got 5.1.1 and have been stuck on it ever since. Funny thing, now all my apps are working properly, ESPECIALLY Snapchat which was unusable with the freezes and crashes. After a year of resetting the phone and every other waste of time, it was all the fault of 5.0.1, which i thought it was because of all the known issues. That was not a pleasant experience for a year Verizon and i'm hoping that the update process has been improved for the future.
