I tried to buy a ringtone. Needless to say there was no problem in giving Verizon money, but the download failed with a error message saying something about storage being inaccessible. The storage is fine. Every other app known to man can reach it, so it's got to be some issue with Tones. Before I try it again or spend time on hold, I figured I'd check an see if it's known that Tones doesn't work with these.

Yes. 64 GB. Known to be good and accessible, because I can get to content stored on it with other apps. That’s why I am puzzled by the Tones issue.

Sorry to see the trouble you've had with the tones. Do you still have the message with the tone? If so, power your phone off for 30 seconds and back on. Then try that download again. If you get any error message again please let us know the exact message.
