So my boyfriend and I became Verizon customers when we got our note 7 phones on 8/26 and we have less then perfect credit and had to pay a 20% down payment. I have been told by Verizon that this is being refunded but have yet to see it and nobody can tell me when I'm going to get it. I don't have the money to pay another down payment to get the new phones so basically I have to wait with a potential fire hazard phone until I get my original down payment back. Is anyone else having this issue???
