Hey,
I have a Galaxy Note 8 I purchased from Verizon in September 2017.
I have had issues with the speakerphone microphone ever since I got it. Cases always make it worse, but if speakerphone is not held almost directly to my mouth, 99% of the time almost no one can hear me well.
Sometimes it does work OK, most of the time, not at all.
If I use voice recorder etc. it always picks up fine.
Is Verizon who to contact to get this replaced?
Additionally, the current 50% trade-in for the S9+ --- is that worth paying off the phone to get? I still owe 620 or so on this (minus some 230 they forgot to apply for a trade in, so less than that once resolved.)

If the phone isn't working, it won't be worth anything for the trade-in even if you pay off the current device payment balance.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
