Charging Note 4

Every time I try to charge my Note 4 it says use charger and cord that came with the phone. I am. Sometimes it will charge but it takes hours and hours. Please help.

juiiek, you've reached the right place for help! Have you tried using a different charger? Have you downloaded 3rd party applications from Google Play market or recently recieved a software update?

This issue is under investigation by the manufacturer. Be on the look out for a FIRMWARE update designed to address this issue. Sorry for your inconvenience.
