Added a new phone and number to account on Monday 3/16. I went with Note 10 plus 5g. After in store setup I could make and receive calls....I could also send texts but not receive them. I spent all day a Verizon store getting assistance from sales and online support with no solution at the end of the day. I still cannot receive texts two days later.

I too have this same issue with no resolution after unknown amount of tech support attempt .
I wont even start with how bad the signal is with this no no matter where I am
