Can I have my Samsung Galaxy Note Edge replaced?

I am having problems with my phone.

1. Overheats a lot.

2. Switches itself off when it gets to 68%.

I have the extended warranty, can I just bring it in for a replacement or do I need to make an appointment.

You won't be able to get a replacement immediately in the store. They will have to order the refurbished warranty replacement and have it shipped to you.
