phone swap and extra cost

Swapped phones on prepaid and had to add money on account even tho I am on autopay and had two weeks left on the last cycle

Same thing happened to me except I just paid to renew it 2 days ago and then got a new phone and had to pay again. I was told it would get credited to my account after the fact but it didn't and not very happy

I didn't even bother to try and get a refund.  I figured as tough as it has been with customer service lately that I should just not even try.  At least my 3GB of data was transferred.  I would really have been mad then...
