payment issue

I went to switch plans before my plan renews tomorrow and now it says there is no money on my account to do anything. I was just wondering if there is anyway for this to be fixed immediately.

I'm sorry your account didn't renew with your payment Savclark96. I know this is frustrating but we are here to help. You will need to call our Prepaid department at *611 from your mobile phone or 888-294-6804 from an alternate phone to discuss your plan and payment.
