I just switched from a Samsung flip phone to the LG Cosmos. Now the balance will not update on the home screen. When I called into Verizon they tell me that they do not offer that feature anymore. I find this hard to believe as it was working fine until just 2 weeks ago. So, does anyone have any idea of what is going on? Is my phone screwed up, or did Verzion really kill the balance feature on the prepaid phones?
Similar problem, switched phones (Same Account) a couple weeks ago and no longer getting hotspot since. I called Verizon and they tell me they do not offer my plan anymore and the hotspot is no longer available on the plan I have and that they have not for the last 6 months but I just had it on my previous phone just a couple weeks ago. nothing changed but the phone but I still pay the same price for the unlimited plan but I don't get hotspot......
