Verizon Prepaid Basic Phone Plan(s)

So the Verizon prepaid basic phone plan is a nice plan. I mean for $35/month you are getting unlimited talk, text, and 500MB of data. So now, here I go again... It would be nice if Verizon updated and made some changes to the basic phone plans. For example:

                   $25/month: Unlimited Talk and Text (no data)

                   $35/month: Unlimited Talk, Text, and 1GB of data

*Just think that this would be nice...

All phones need a small amount of data, even basic flips.  All have GPS/E-911 capabilities by law.  I don't see a basic phone using 1GB of data ever.
