Switching from Post Paid Back to Pre Paid

Newbie

I have spent the last months and large numbers of dollars trying to navigate the internet via my phone and my PC. Each time I have been told I just need this or that and my fee goes up just that much more and I am still at a place where just using the websites I need for work and writing and listening to music uses up my 15gb cap of data in about 4 days. It is ridiculous to pay very nearly $100 a month to only be able to do what I need to do for 4 days. Unlimited? Please! I NEVER watch videos. I never watch movies. But I burn through Verizon data as if I do. So I need to go back to prepaid, reduce my expenditures and find another way to actually do my work. What is the best way to accomplish this with as little hassle as possible? Thanks.

I am a consumer too, and I truly understand your concerns regarding your data usage, FOTOG4114. I know that some times it feels like we just use our computer and our data connection for a few minutes and then we realized it was a few hours.

Your satisfaction and data reporting accuracy are paramount to us. You can confirm how your data is used if you login to your Verizon Wireless account online (at this link: http://spr.ly/6581DDZM1).

You can also see how much data is used by different tasks if you visit our data usage calculator: http://spr.ly/6582DDZMG
