Switched from postpaid to prepaid

Just switched from postpaid to prepaid yesterday, the MYVERIZON account is still showing all my old plan information and nothing to do with prepaid? After 2 hours on the phone yesterday this is getting frustrating. How long does it take for the information to update?

I have no answer for your question, but I just did the opposite, went from pre to post paid.  It seemed like a better deal to me, but I wonder if you would mind me asking why you went back to pre?  I use a hotspot and I was told on prepay it has a 600k data speed limit, which is no good.  Post got me full speed, ( supposedly, though it is nowhere full speed ) and unlimited data.
