Switch Numbers! New Prepaid devices, current ones as well

Have 2 devices on a prepaid plan current paid up until end of month.  I purchased 2 new devices with 2 new plans to replace the current.  They had to come with phone numbers already established.  I want to transfer the old numbers to the new ones I received.  I cannot get a live body at the 800 number whatsoever.  Any ideas?
