I switched my prepaid sim to old postpaid htc10. Worked with no issues. Put sim back in original phone to add data. Now account is suspended saying they reported phone as stolen. Cannot reconnect service on either phone. Says sim is not on pay table. What do I do?
Oh no, jensenbud23. I apologize for the trouble with your prepaid device and definitely want to get that suspension cleared up. At your earliest convenience, please dial 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone to work with a prepaid specialist who will be able to access your account and correct any mix up with your devices and SIM card.
