I AM ATTEMPTING TO ADD MINUTES TO MY SAMSUNG PREPAID PHONE. HOW DO I REACTIVATE ?
You have to call customer service if your cell has be deactivated to have them reactivate it call 1-888-294-6804
Ok well I do not have a phone to call customer service, and I can not reactivate my phone with out a phone??????!!! Can it be reactivated online?
Buy a Prepaid card and using your Samsung phone you can add the minutes and reactive if from there. Also anytime you need to add minutes you can do it from your cell. Is this a new phone? If it is this is how to activate it. Press send from your wireless phone and listen for the instructions. Then enter your zip code and select a plan when prompted. Write down you new phone number and Account Security Code (you will need to pick a 4 digit number) Wait 5 minutes before making your first call. (with a new phone your security number is the last 4 digits of the cell number you can use that to activate and then change but its best to pick a new security number.
