Phone broke, unable to end autopay

Bought 2 prepaid phones with autopay enabled, but an accident occured to one of them. Unable to verify the broken one for suspension of service (wasn't registered before broken). The other phone is fine and registered but both are linked onto same bank account for autopay.      Anyone have any ideas on how i can stop the billing for the broken phone?

Something is not adding up. The phone has a number, it is activated. Prepaid Customer Service can deactivate the phone and auto pay.

There is a sticker in the phone with the numbers you need to register for a My Verizon web account. You'll need the phone number also. That will not work if phone is not in the cellular signal. 

Call prepaid customer service!
